How long will my order take to ship?

Most items are made to order and typically ship within 1–2 weeks. However, if we have your item on hand, it may ship within just a few business days. Custom pieces or larger items like bags may take 3–4 weeks or longer depending on complexity and materials. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always glad to give you an honest estimate.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes — unused, non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A small restocking fee may apply. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there’s a defect.


Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely. If you’d like to customize one of our products or design something new, head here to learn more and submit a request.


Do you offer wholesale?

Where are your products made?

Every piece is handcrafted in Mississippi using premium leathers selected for their durability and character. Most of our leather is a byproduct of the food industry and chosen for how beautifully it ages.


Is everything hand-stitched?

Not always. While some pieces are hand-stitched, we also use precision sewing machines for durability and efficiency. Every stitch, no matter the method, is built to last.


How should I care for my leather goods?

Leather doesn’t need much. Avoid soaking it, don’t store it in plastic, and let it breathe. If it starts to dry out, a small amount of leather conditioner goes a long way. Feel free to reach out if you’re unsure what to use — we’re happy to help.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S., but are happy to work with international customers where legally and logistically possible. Reach out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
