Processing & Shipping Times

Most of our goods are made to order. Standard turnaround is 1–2 weeks before shipping, though custom work and larger builds may take longer. If we already have your item in stock, it may leave the workshop in just a few business days.

We ship primarily through USPS, and you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. If you’re working on a tight deadline, Get in Touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work may already be underway and we can’t guarantee changes.

Returns

We stand behind what we make. Unused, non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A small restocking fee may apply. Custom and personalized items are final sale unless there’s a defect.

Warranty

Every Chandeleur Leather piece is built to last a lifetime. If it ever fails due to a defect in our craftsmanship — stitching coming undone, hardware failure, or construction flaw — we’ll repair or replace it, no matter how long you’ve had it.

Normal wear and tear, patina, or damage from misuse aren’t covered. But if your piece needs attention down the road, we offer repair services to keep it in use for years to come.
