At Chandeleur Leather, every piece is crafted with care and attention. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

• Returns: Unused, non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A small restocking fee may apply.

• Custom & Personalized Items: These are final sale unless there’s a defect in craftsmanship or materials.

• Process: To start a return, please Get in Touch with your order details so we can provide instructions.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any restocking fees).
